About this Group
Thank you for joining the newly created group dedicated to Long Exposure (LE) expressed in B&W. Long Exposure (or slow shutter speed) photography involves using long duration shutter speed to capture the element of movement and speed. LE can include Seascapes where photographs can make the water smooth and silky, Cloudscapes where the clouds seem to move , Rivers, Minimalist LE, Architecture and any image containing the element of motion and speed. The possibilities are endless. It is also important to have a static element in the photo which will be in contrast with the 'moving' part of the image.
LE shutter speed can be from half a second to several minutes according to the effect the photographer wants to achieve.
The Group purpose is to represent and promote the art of the very best creations of LE images from FAA artists and create an amazing gallery with outstanding images and provide inspiration and ideas to all members of the group. In addition we can exchange constructive comments on the discussion page and why not do some positive critique in order to improve our techniques and achieve better results.
Of course we will have fun and become friends. Message me for any comments or suggestions.
